Biowalk4Biofuels, with full title “Biowaste and Algae Knowledge for the Production of 2nd Generation Biofuels” is a new EU-funded project under the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7), which aims to develop an innovative system for the treatment of biowaste and use of GHG emissions to produce biofuels, where macroalgae is used as a catalyser.
